Event Share
For students apart of the 12 colleges and universities that make up CCFCC, if you attend an event at another school, you are eligible to receive gas card while supplies last. Please follow the steps below of how you can receive one.
- Request is Made - student fills out request form here prior to the event.
- Eligibility Checks - CCFCC executive board members will receive the request and check for eligibility with relevant institutions. Limit one per student, per semester, while supplies last.
- Host Institution Contact - one of the CCFCC executive board members will email the host institution to notify of the visiting student, gather necessary event information for the visiting student, and arrange for shipment of the gas card. Every institution should indicate a contact person.
- Student Contact - one of the CCFCC executive board members will contact the visiting student and relay status of request, special instructions if any, and where to pick up their gas card. Host Institution will be copied on this email.
- Financial Record Made - the receiving student will be logged generically as a recipient and the cost will be added to the CCFCC balance sheet. If the gas card is unclaimed, it should be returned to the sitting CCFCC president.
